NANOHYBRIDS
The project Nanohybrids is focused on the computational investigation of systems involving inorganic and (bio)molecular components, characterized by features at the nanoscale.
Such nanohybrids are relevant for a variety of applications, ranging from photovoltaics to biotecnology.
Aim of the project is to develop and to apply computational methods at multiple scales to nanohybrids, in order to provide a microscopic pictures of the phenomena ruling their behaviors.
The project involves a multidisciplinary consortium of young Italian scientists, and is part of the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT) platform "Computation".
